He is a hard guy to get hold of and he called so early that I was not ready for him and I ended up having to email his order confirmation and then he never replied so I had to call him before the end of the shift so that he knew that I had put his order in and lowered his price which is what I really wanted to make sure got done as he is buying so many security seals from me that a competitor would be really happy to get him away from me. I have learned that if they contact you for a better price it is already too late to get that price fixed and it will be hard to get that customer back if they decide to more to the other supplier.
