I think that they are such wonderful little things that mom will appreciate, because she loves things that are vintage. They remind her of her youthful days. She hates all these modern decor, she told me. I can understand that. I will probably hang on to my items from my youth, too, when I become older. I guess that it is normal for us to be nostalgic. I think that it is certainly something that I can feel good about, and I think that it is a great pre-Christmas gift for my mother. I am quite happy that I at least have something for her this year. I totally neglected her for the previous years. I am thinking that dad might like them too! I hope to see it on their tree.
